Radical Marxist Documents Shared in School District

An email within Plano Independent School District contained documents promoting extreme-left Communist agendas and shows a link between Black Lives Matter activism and communism.

An email containing Marxist propaganda sent by a counselor at the Plano Independent School District has been confirmed to be authentic. The documents promote key demands of the Black Lives Matter movement, but school officials said the webinar “was not authorized, nor is it in use.”

On July 10, a document that appeared to be an email sent by Plano ISD Counselor Dianne Evans to fellow counselors Sian Flores and Amy Henry circulated on social media.

The email, dated June 12, 2020, contains documents from a webinar called “Understanding the Black Experience in America: Be the Change You Want to See in the World.”

Created by St. Louis-based Dr. Marva Robinson, the document provides talking points for counselors to discuss with patients the killing of George Floyd by then-Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin. It also provides guidance on how to broach the subject if their patients don’t.

It also included a “Justice In June” document outlining “a starting place for individuals trying to become better allies.” What is this “starting place”? Read below:

“Justice in June” a BLM/Communism Outline for Schools Systems

This resource was compiled by Autumn Gupta with Bryanna Wallace’s oversight for the purpose of providing a starting place for individuals trying to become better allies.

Choose how much time you have each day to become more informed as step one to becoming an active ally to the black community. On this document are links to the learning resources and a schedule of what to do each day.

Please do not stop learning after you complete this month. Each section (10/25/45 minutes) has somewhat different material and the links under “Additional Resources” also include new content, so go above and beyond to educate yourself.

10 Minutes/Day Over the course of the month, you will have spent 5 hours intentionally learning how to be an active ally of the black community. (That’s less than the amount of time it takes to watch all of Tiger King ~ 5.5 hours.)Remember, the black community lives the reality of the information you will learn- they have a lifetime of fearing for their well being versus 5 hours of you being uncomfortable. All the action items listed in the calendar have linked information below the weekly schedule (see sections Watch, Read, Listen, and Act).

BLM: Watch, Read, Listen & Act Resources

Unfortunately, the list of “Watch, Read, Listen and Act” resources is so expansive it would have been far too much to include on this webpage. If you’re curious or are interested in raising your blood pressure, click the “BLM: Black Lives Matter At School” link below and peruse the massive collection of resources some educators are sharing in their school system.
